  • Wayne Wayne Schluchter

    Chief Executive Officer

    Wayne Schluchter leads a team of financial advisors that are knowledgeable, personally committed, and focused on providing financial solutions tailored to client needs. Wayne understands that clients' lives change, their priorities and goals may evolve, requiring new financial plans.

    Specializing in providing comprehensive wealth management services. Wayne's emphasis is on helping clients grow, protect, and preserve their wealth. He realizes that in today's volatile market the advice of a trusted professional is more valuable than ever. Wayne takes time to understand each of this client's financial objectives, risk tolerance and future financial goals to help determine the correct plan. Individualizied attention creates a strong bond and develops trust between Wayne and his clients. This is a distinguishing component of an investment relationship with Schluchter Investment Advisors.

    Wayne gratuated from North Dakota State University in 1982 with a degree in Economics and Communications. He is a 20+ year veteran of the financial industry, and is insurance licensed in the state of California.

    Wayne, his wife Juli and son Isaac, live in St. Cloud. Wayne shares his time and talent in the community through his involvement in several organizations including St. Cloud Rotary Club, Central Minnesota Community Foundation, and as a coach for the St. Cloud Tech High School football program.

  • Jeff Jeff Voit

    Investment Executive

    Focused on understanding the needs and goals of his clients, Jeff Voit believes that clients deserve a caring, competent advisor that delivers service with unwavering standards of integrity. Jeff joined Schluchter Investment Advisors in 1999 and has over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. He firmly believes that understanding each customer's objectives, time frame, and financial condition is the only way to create a plan that truly reflects his or her individual needs. Investment plans are implemented through the assessment of client goals and risk tolerance, customizing an asset allocation model, selecting individual securities and/or professional money managers, and then monitoring and reporting investment performance. Depending on the client's needs, alternative investment strategies may be utilized. Jeff has just recently obtained his Certified Wealth Strategist® designation. This provides him the technical knowledge, practice management know-how and the critical communication skills to create and build a wealth advisory practice that works effectively for clients with more complex wealth issues. Jeff graduated from St. Cloud State University in 1993 with a degree in Finance. He has an extensive background in the financial services industry.

    Jeff, his wife Michelle and their three daughters live in Sauk Rapids. He is active in numerous local organizations including United Way of Central Minnesota and Downtown Kiwanis Club.

  • Cindy Cindy Lanoue-Sauer

    Investment Executive

    Wherever you are in life, Investment Executive and Certified Retirement Financial Advisor Cindy Lanoue-Sauer is available to help with your investment needs. Cindy has provided banking, financial, and investment services for over 25 years. Cindy specializes in helping individuals to clearly identify their financial goals then assists them with wealth accumulation and preservation, retirement planning, education planning, pension rollovers, and IRA distributions. To meet your individual needs, Cindy will create a customized investment plan to assist you in achieving your financial dreams. Specializing in retirement planning and qualified retirement plan rollovers, Cindy feels it is important to protect clients from outliving their investments. Cindy is a valuable resource to clients of all ages and is ready to help them plan a sound financial future.

    Cindy, a Certified Retirement Financial Advisor®, has been with Schluchter Investment Advisors since 2000.

    Cindy lives in St. Cloud with her husband Steve and their two children. Cindy serves on the board of the Land-O-Lakes Girl Scout Council, the Cleft Crainofacial Advisory board, is an active member in FEW, and volunteers at church.

  • Doug Doug Holzkamp

    Investment Executive

    Doug Holzkamp's investment philosophy is to understand his clients' aspirations and to assist them with planning strategies, making them aware of the options available for reaching their financial goals. Doug has over 37 years of service in the trust, financial services and investment industry. His responsibilities include trust and estate planning and management, investment planning and management, charitable giving, tax and retirement planning. Doug has also been actively involved in one-on-one counseling, seminars and training programs. Prior to joining Schluchter Investment Advisors, Doug's career included the development of trust departments for First National Bank in Brookings, SD and for Bremer Trust in St. Cloud.

    Doug seeks to establish long-term relationships with his clients, enabling them to match their investment decisions with their financial goals. He combines fundamental research with systematic decision-making to provide advice on stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, insurance products and estate planning.

    Doug graduated from South Dakota State University with a degree in Business Economics and from the American Bankers Association National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University.

    Doug and his wife Barb have two children and five grandchildren. He is active in numerous local organizations including CentraCare Foundation, Central Minnesota Community Foundation and Central Minnesota Boy Scouts of America.

    Support Staff

    The support staff at Schluchter Investment Advisors works in tandem with the Investment Executives and clientele. Their main goal is to provide service and support to clients and the Schluchter Investment Advisors team.

    Lori Hawkins

    Lori began her investment career at PrimeVest Financial Services located in St. Cloud where she worked in dividends, trading, and sales and marketing. Lori has over 18 years of experience in the financial industry and is a graduate from St. Cloud State University.

    Kim Thyen Nies

    Kim has been in the financial industry for over 16 years. She was a Service Assistant at Dain Bosworth for two years and has been with Schluchter Investment Advisors since that time. Her responsibilities include Premier Service Advisor and Chief Operations Officer. Kim graduated from St. Cloud State University.

    Terri Hermanson

    Terri began her career in the brokerage industry in 1993 with PrimeVest Financial Services in the sales and marketing department. She was a compliance review specialist and worked with regional managers to audit and oversee branch offices. In 2000, Terri joined Schluchter Investment Advisors as an Investment Executive Service Assistant, Compliance Officer, and Branch Manager. Terri graduated from St. Cloud State University.
